“Pursuant to Sovereign Order no. 3153 dated 19/03/1964, relating to the conditions of entry and residence of foreigners in the Principality of Monaco, having regard to O.S 3039 dated 19/08/1963 rendering enforceable in Monaco the Neighbourhood Agreement signed in Paris on 18/05/1963, having regard to O. S 14513 of 20/06/2000”, yachtsmen whose yachts call at YCM Marina, Port Hercule, Port de Fontvieille or are anchored in Monegasque territorial waters are requested to complete the formalities with the Division de Police Maritime et Aéroportuaire.
The ship’s captain, a crew member or the ship’s agent must: complete the ship’s “Police” identification sheet and provide the crew and passenger lists, draw up a declaration for the transport of cash and bearer instruments with a total value exceeding 10,000 euros, draw up a maritime health declaration and hand over the aforementioned on-board documents, and present all the passports of those on board to the D.P.M.A. (14, quai Antoine 1er.).
