Fifth in Act I, fourth in Act II. This time, Pierrick Devic from the Yacht Club de Monaco left nothing to chance. By winning Act III at the helm of Fraser Yachts, the Monegasque skipper has reignited the championship battle. A series of rounds is at the forefront, Fraser Yachts is back in the fight after a controlled and composed performance over the weekend.

 

The penultimate stage of the Monaco Sportsboat Winter Series, the monthly winter regatta circuit launched in 2013, delivered on expectations, with seven races sailed in contrasting conditions. Friday was sporty. Saturday proved even tougher, with a cross sea from the east and south-west creating a challenging race track and forcing crews to sail on the edge throughout. 

 

Then came Sunday, which was almost flawless, with flat water, a steady medium breeze from the south to south-west and bright

SituationShip and Euro-Voiles completed the podium

Behind the Monaco crew, Simon Kaiser of SituationShip from Switzerland confirmed his upward trajectory. Having won the Corinthian division and come second overall for the Act, he delivered one of the fleet’s most consistent weekends.

 

Euro-Voiles secured third place, combining flashes of brilliance with steady results. This was an important performance for Denis Infante and his crew as the championship picture tightens. Charisma V, helmed by Louis Poons, finished just off the podium, while G-Spot, winner of the first two Acts, placed fifth.

Fraser Yachts back in the fight: The championship tightens

After 20 races and three acts of the Monegasque championship, the provisional overall standings show that the locals dominate the provisional podium. G-Spot, helms by Giangiacomo Serena di Lapigio, remains in first place with 37 retained points.

 

However, the margin is shrinking. Fraser Yachts is closing in with 65 points, reopening the battle for the overall title. However, Charisma V remains in the running. This third act changes the outlook of the championship, leaving room for an open confrontation. With just three weeks to go until the Primo Cup-UBS Trophy, the competition is hotting up and the outcome of the games is more uncertain than ever.

Corinthian division: Kaiser delivers

Simon Kaiser and SituationShip claimed a convincing victory in the Corinthian category, with Euro-Voiles finishing second and Tarte-3Nuits.com completing the podium. Margins remain tight, yet the hierarchy is beginning to emerge as the Acts unfold.

A rehearsal before the final showdown

Sporty Friday, demanding Saturday, radiant Sunday. Act III offered a concentrated glimpse of what Monaco produces in winter: precise reading of the racecourse, quick turnarounds between races and no room for approximation. The next chapter is the 42nd Primo Cup – UBS Trophy (5–8 March 2026), the fourth and final event of the circuit.
