Knowledge transfer and training in yachting professions

promote yachting-related professions

Launched in 1999, the initial aim of this program was to train young people aboard Tuiga. For almost a decade, the Y.C.M. flagship has enabled numerous candidates to become qualified sailors, familiarizing them with the technical aspects of the boat and classic sailing, while discovering the origins of yachting. To keep pace with the sector’s constant evolution, this skill base has been broadened over the years to cover all aspects of classic sailing, including marketing, international yachting, sports events and the environment, with the creation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department, which focuses on the Club’s contribution to sustainable development.
