Yacht Club de Monaco was represented at Portals at the Yanmar Dragon Gold Cup 2026, a major regatta on the international Dragon circuit. Several YCM members were on the start in a fleet of 65 contestants and 16 nationalities.
Held in the Balearics, the Yanmar Dragon Gold Gup attracted a highly competitive international fleet of specialists in this class from all over the world. In varied conditions, consistency paid dividends throughout the week.
Andrea Zaoli on Transbunker finished in 29th place overall, while Edward Wright competing on Aurum was 46th in a particularly close-packed fleet of 65 contestants and 16 nationalities.
Beyond results, their participation confirms the ongoing commitment of Yacht Club de Monaco members to the Dragon circuit, an historic class where precision, tactics and experience make the difference.
The Dragon Gold Cup is one of the major events on the international calendar.
