ILCA – Mediterranean Championship
The ILCA Mediterranean Championship held in Hyères 22-23 February is an important test of progress for Yacht Club de Monaco’s young sailors who responded well with some solid performances.
In ILCA 6, Louise Debeaumont came 3rd in the girls U18 category after five races. In ILCA 7, Bodhi Van Der Linden also clinched 3rd place having come in the top three in three of the five races, while Gabriel Superina came 8th confirming his upward path.
In ILCA 4, the event was a great opportunity for YCM’s youngest to gain experience and continue their progress against the best sailors in the Mediterranean. Roman Lampert finished 24th just ahead of Antoine Sauval in 31st. Gabriel Lanteri Gaglio and Ennio Rostagni came 36th and 43rd respectively.
