TF35 Malcesine Cup 1

Sunday 3^rd September 2023. They had to be patient and wait until the final day of this penultimate regatta of the season. In light 7-8 knot conditions, the Race Committee managed two races. The first was won by Spindrift but Yacht Club de Monaco’s Esteban Garcia’s Realteam Sailing snatched victory in the second to win the TF35 Malcesine Cup. Slightly lower down the ranking ZEN Too consolidated his 4^th place with 44 points, then Ylliam 17 on 54 points and YCM’s Ernesto Bertarelli’s Alinghi Red Bull Racing on 66 points.

With five victories out of five Grand Prix, Realteam Sailing also wins the TF35 Trophy 2023 season with a Grand Prix in hand. The Championship winds up at Malcesine 14-17 September and will determine other rankings in what has been a tight contest.
