A true driving force and an essential presence at all the sporting events of the Yacht Club de Monaco, the Fleet of Officials, made up of numerous volunteers, is inseparable from the organization of the many events.
Under the command of Rodolphe Bouquet and supervised by captains, the new recruits are guided at each step of their learning process through a tailored training structure, ensuring their progression in the various sectors that make up the sporting event organization, such as the race committee, security, reception, and registration confirmation.
