Yacht Club de Monaco on form

 Yacht Club de Monaco members once again did YCM proud on the international scene at the Swan One Design Worlds held 17-21 June in Porto Cervo, Sardinia. The elite racers and owners of the prestigious Swan fleet put on a fine spectacle throughout the week.

In the hotly disputed ClubSwan 50 category of 12 boats, YCM member Graeme Peterson secured a well-deserved 3rd place on Moonlight, thanks to a consistent string of results and technical prowess throughout the event. Not far behind in 4th was Leonardo Ferragamo at the helm of Cuordileone after a series of solid races that highlighted his team’s cohesion. In the ClubSwan 36, Giangiacomo Serena di Lapigio and his crew on G-Spot clinched 6th place after winning two races. Finally, in the most recent ClubSwan 28 class Lorenzo Bortolotti aboard Black Swan came an honourable 4th out of seven in a close regatta full of promise and prospects for his team looking ahead. Results that highlight Yacht Club de Monaco members commitment to one of the most demanding circuits.
