Young athletes in YCM’s Sports Section honoured

During the annual Fête des Sports, Monaco City Hall rewarded athletes from the Principality who have stood out during the season.
Distinctions reward the skilled
At the first medal ceremony held in the City Hall’s Cour d’Honneur, several sailors from YCM’s Sports Section were presented with distinctions, among them Namu Van Der Linden, Léo Boisvert, Antoine Sauval, Gabriel Superina, Pietro Carlevaris, Joséphine Dobbelaere, Jules Huon, Louis Pompée and Louis Faivre.

Gold and Bronze medals
A second group of Monaco athletes were presented with Gold and Bronze medals. Congratulations to kiteboarder Alexander Ehlen and sailors Noah Garcia, Bodhi Van Der Linden, Mathis Duplomb and Jérémy Moutout in ILCA who all earned a gold medal. Louise Debeaumont, Juan Casalone, Alexandre Pompée and Davide Marino received bronze medals in the same class, while Paul Papillon, Jessica Klimek, Vladislav Orlov, Albin Vita and Arthur Piekarec were rewarded in the J/70 class. In Optimist, Océane Schroeder and Alexandra Santelli completed the list of YCM athletes honoured.
