Tuiga – Portorož Slovenia | 1-3 July 2022

 

Sunday 3rd July 2022. After her recent victory in Venice at the IXe Trofeo Principato di Monaco, Yacht Club de Monaco’s flagship Tuiga set sail for Slovenia and the beautiful Portorož bay for a friendly match racing event against Mariska, another 15M IR Fife-design gaff cutter. Much to the delight of the sailors on board and those watching, these two beautiful yachts had several races in idyllic conditions of 10-15 knots on a flat sea. The Adriatic Sea regatta programme continues when Mariska and Tuiga drop anchor in Triest for their third and final encounter.
