Tuiga – XXVIII Regata Iles Baléares – Palma
Around 30 boats gathered for this classic yacht meeting in Spanish waters at Palma. The Big Boat category saw stiff competition and a battle royal between the three Fife-design yachts. Yacht Club de Monaco’s flagship Tuiga held her own, winning the first race in tough conditions varying between 15 to 20 knots. The 15M IR finally clinched 3rd overall, a great warm up ahead of the 16th Monaco Classic Week-La Belle Classe (13-16 September).
