Dragon Winter Series: YCM members were on the podium at Leg 3 of the Dragon Winter Series held in Sanremo 9 to 11 January 2026. After a day of no action due to lack of wind, five races were completed in excellent conditions to ensure a spectacular start to 2026 for the Dragon class. After an intense weekend, the Monegasque crews excelled to stand on the top two steps of the podium.

Marco Viti was on the podium at the 68th International Star Regatta in Nice, with the Yacht Club de Monaco member putting in a fine performance at this major winter meeting. After eight races completed between 27 and 30 December in an experienced tightly-packed fleet, he came 3rd in the overall ranking, confirming his status in the Star class.

Four days to explore, understand and transform yachting

On the occasion of the Yacht Club de Monaco’s end-of-year cocktail reception, its President, HSH Prince Albert II, announced a collaboration between Yacht Club de Monaco and The Explorers Club of New York, marking a new milestone in the Monaco, Capital of Advanced Yachting collective initiative. As part of this partnership, a delegation of around one hundred members from the prestigious American club, founded in 1904, will visit the Principality from 21 to 24 March 2026.

It was a milestone performance that reflects the consistency and progress made by this young athlete from Monaco on the international stage against a top-rated European fleet.

Louise Debeaumont’s results at the Youth Sailing World Championship reflected the Monaco sailor’s determination as she represented the Yacht Club de Monaco at this major international event in Vilamoura, 12-20 December 2025. Competing in the ILCA 6 category, she was up against a highly competitive fleet of 49 contestants in a championship that every year gathers the world’s elite young sailors.
