Gold for Jérémy Moutout

ILCA 7 Senior European Championship– Athens

Friday 23^rd 2024. The ILCA Senior European Championships concluded in Athens with a great performance by Jérémy Moutout who won his place in the Gold group. Competing in light conditions oscillating between 5 and 14 knots, the Yacht Club de Monaco sailor demonstrated his mastery of tactics and strategy.

Of the eight races run, four were in a very light wind that tested the perseverance of contestants to the limits.  Regularly making it into the top ten rounding the marks, Jérémy made rapid and obvious progress in challenging conditions.

It bodes well for upcoming events, firstly in Palma during the World Cup followed by the French Olympic Week in Hyères.
