Tour de force 

Mediterranean Championship – Hyères | 18-19 February 2023

Sunday 18^th February 2023. Three classes and so many great results for the Yacht Club de Monaco’s Laser youth team competing at the first big meeting of the 2023 season. Ten from the Principality were among the 100+ contestants. In ILCA 7, Jérémy Moutout put in a solidly consistent performance over the five races to clinch 4^th ahead of Juan Casalone in 7^th and Davide Marino, 15^th. In ILCA 6, a tour de force by Bodhi Van der Linden earned him 2^nd place, just two small points away from victory, with Mathis Duplomb in 8^th and Leo Boisvert in 22^nd. In the youngest class (ILCA 4), Matteo Asscher left with a well-earned 6^th place, just ahead of Alexandre Pompée in 7^th. The latter had a great regatta this being his first Laser outing since leaving the Optimist class. Namu Van der Linden and Louise Debeaumont finished 20^th and 40^th
