YCM rise above the mêlée

ILCA – Interleague – Trophée du Grand Hôtel – Les Sablettes – 7-8 May 2022

More than 80 sailors were out on the Var race area at Les Sablettes for the 4^th Grand Hotel Trophy. Forced to cope with some tricky conditions, the fleet completed three races, which were better than none for our young sailors from Monaco competing in three categories.

Among the youngest, Noah Garcia won the event in the ILCA 4, with Matteo Asscher also from YCM in 6^th. Bodhi Van der Linden continues his momentum with a 2^nd place in ILCA 6 while Mathis Duplomb finished at the foot of the podium in 4^th.  Note too Pierrik Devic in 17^th and Lisa Caussin-Battaglia 20^th.

In ILCA 7, this time Jérémy Moutout won with Thomas Mangano in his wake in 2^nd. Davide Marino, Robert MacFarlane and Loïc Pompée came in 7^th, 8^th and 11^th.
