Tuiga – English Campaign

Sunday 11th June 2023. Yacht Club de Monaco’s flagship Tuiga (1909) set off for England on a day-ten campaign of regattas between Falmouth, Dartmouth, Cowes and then Le Havre in France. After a summer spent in the Adriatic Sea in 2022, the 15M IR headed north. After two back-to-back wins at Les Dames de Saint-Tropez regatta in April in France, then the Grandi Regate Internazionali of Sanremo in Italy in May, this time the gaff cutter has dropped anchor in the English Channel. The campaign starts in Cornwall on the banks of the Fal River in Falmouth. Tuiga will then sail to Dartmouth in Devon and continue the adventure in Cowes on the Isle of Wight before crossing the Channel to return to French waters in Le Havre.
