A one-two for YCM sailors

 ILCA – Mediterranean Championship – Hyères – 26-27 February 2022

Sunday 27^th February 2022. Some 130 contestants were on the start for the Mediterranean Championship with nine races completed for the three classes in competition. Ten young sailors from Yacht Club de Monaco’s Sports Section made the trip which ended in style for Jérémy Moutout who won in ILCA 7 followed by Thomas Mangano in 2^nd. Davide Marino and Robert MacFarlane came 7^th and 12^th in this category.

In ILCA 4, Noah Garcia’s determination paid off as he won the event hands down with three race wins out of five to clinch 1^st place.  In ILCA 6 (former Laser Radial), Bodhi Van der Linden finished 25^th ahead of Mathis Duplomb 29^th, Denis Lankin 57^th, Louis Michel 62^nd and Lisa Caussin Battaglia 63^rd.
