It was with great pleasure that the Yacht Club de Monaco opened its doors on Tuesday 2nd June. A marvellous occasion for members to return to the very private setting provided by their Clubhouse for the reopening of its gourmet 1909 Restaurant, overlooking the YCM Marina, and the Sunrise with its beautiful terrace and panoramic view of Monaco for casual lunches in the sunshine.
The gradual return of activities at the Club, a home-from-home for all the family, is taking place on all decks. The Summer Camps have started again for the youngest, in small groups, while preparations are in hand for new exclusive rendezvous.
In compliance with Monaco government guidelines, the YCM’s technical teams have been working flat out on the layout of different areas. No stone has been left unturned to ensure a safe environment, including an innovative “Made in the YCM” foot-activated button to call the lifts!
To cap it all, the arrival of fine weather was a fitting start to a beautiful summer that can finally begin.
