Victory double for Yacht Club de Monaco

ILCA – Coppa Stefano Neri – Varazze – 13^th February 2022

YCM Sports Section sailors held the Italian competition in check on their home territory to post two victories at the Coppa Stefano Neri, a qualifier league regatta for the Youth Italian Championship. The Principality contestants dominated leaderboards out of some 60 boats competing.

Bodhi Van der Linden won in the ILCA 6 (Laser Radial) category after two races, with Mathis Duplomb coming 16^th ahead of Leo Boisvert in 19^th, and Lisa Caussin-Battaglia 25^th. Equally determined to win in ILCA 7 (Laser Standard) David Marino pulled off an excellent 1^st place followed by Thomas Mangano. Note also a promising 9^th position for young Louise Debeaumont in ILCA 4 (Laser 4.7).
