Armen Race 2023
Saturday 20th May 2023.It was at 2.00pm on the dot on Thursday 18th May that the start gun fired for the 11th edition of the 340-nautical-mile offshore Armen Race. A record 239 boats lined up on the start of this event, organised by the Société Nautique de La Trinité-sur-Mer (SNT), totalling 828 crew. Three courses were set along western coasts: Nuit de l’Armen (131nm), Armen Race (310nm) and the Armen Ultim (370nm). Yacht Club de Monaco’s Oren Nataf won this latter event in real time aboard Rayon Vert and was ranked 2nd in corrected time.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
