This meeting for all those involved in the sector is a chance to get the latest updates on alternative energy and energy efficiency in yachting. This year, participants will discuss on the theme: ‘Encouraging Sustainability in Yachting, engaging the industry and the next generation of engineers’.

Organised for the Captains Club which unites 150 captains with a 3000 certificate, working on superyachts flying the YCM flag, the 27^th Captains Forum will focus on the theme: “Superyacht Commitments: Management, Leadership & Mentoring” – an opportunity to bring owners and captains together with leading figures in the superyacht industry.

YCM Explorer Awards by La Belle Classe Superyachts recognise owners who take their environmental responsibilities seriously. The major criteria for these awards are the owner’s conception of their superyacht, how they use it and what it can do for humanity. It could be a technical innovation that significantly reduces the yacht’s CO2 emissions, the assistance given to scientists, or just an ability to pass on and share adventures at sea so that many more people come to respect, love and protect the Ocean.

New this year is the 1^st Monaco Smart Yacht Rendezvous, organised in partnership with the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and YCM. A natural extension of the Monaco Smart & Sustainable Marina Rendezvous, organisers M3 (Monaco Marina Management) continues its drive to promote the eco-responsible transition of yachts over 24m.
